Normally those back, neck and shoulder pain is the natural result of prolonged sitting at work behind a computer, as is really bad posture. In the research that i searching,bad posture will cause headaches and excessive tension in neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, wrists, back, hips, thighs and legs. Well it is increased fatigue to the muscles and ligaments supporting the lower back and this can eventually lead to tissue injury and spinal joint dysfunction. Avoid these problems by posture correction, exercise and correct use of equipment.

As you know that Thai Massage is a traditionally practiced on a futon or padded mat on the floor, but I have adapted it in to the massage table. The practitioner will uses their body weight to apply stretches to the client and it works with a gentle rocking movement while pressing the sen lines.

However the client will remains fully clothed apart from the feet and clothing should allow for flexible movement, such as lightweight cotton trousers or leggings and a loose T-shirt. No oil or lotion is used.

Plantar Flexion:
The motion that we perform when pointing our toes

Dorsi Flexion:
