Usually traditional Thai Massage is an ancient form of bodywork. Sometimes they will call as Thai Yoga Massage or “Nuad Bo Rarn”. As We know it was practiced by Buddhist monks in Thai temples, and the technique is mentioned in the texts of dating from the second millennium BC. Some of them say it was introduced by a physician who was a contemporary of Buddha.

How do you know well about thai massage?
As you know,Thai Massage is differs from the Swedish style of soft tissue massage as it incorporates yogic stretches and acupressure. The point is Swedish style uses long, broad strokes with the hands, usually Thai Massage uses thumb or palm pressure on the sen lines and points of the body. It similar to Chinese meridians or Indian nadis. There are 72,000 sen lines but only 10 of these are used as a foundation for a treatment.

It’s working the sen lines to helps release energy blockages and stagnation and it bring balance and harmony to the client’s mind, body and spirit. You will find that the stretches in Thai Massage increase flexibility and help to release deep and superficial tension, also allowing energy to flow freely. The effect is relaxing and energizing at the same time.

How Is It works?
As you know that Thai Massage is a traditionally practiced on a futon or padded mat on the floor, but I have adapted it in to the massage table. The practitioner will uses their body weight to apply stretches to the client and it works with a gentle rocking movement while pressing the sen lines.

However the client will remains fully clothed apart from the feet and clothing should allow for flexible movement, such as lightweight cotton trousers or leggings and a loose T-shirt. No oil or lotion is used.

Usually Thai Massage treatments is effect it in last 60-90 minutes, and benefits may last up to 3 days.
